The Canadian Armed Forces are readying battalions for “pandemic mitigation” and assistance in the “mass vaccination” of civilians, The Post Millennial reports.
The Post Millennial claims to have received a leaked internal document from the Department of National Defence (DND) from a verified source that fears the consequences that military involvement might have on Canadians. The source also stated that “some Canadian Forces members are reluctant to mobilize” against fellow citizens.
According to the report, the leaked document which is signed by General Jonathan Vance, reveals that the government if preparing for “Phase 3” of the Covid-19 “pandemic”.
The leaked documents state this “Phase” could last up to 12 months, with the Armed Forces deploying at least five battalions in Canada with Montreal and Calgary identified as areas needing “pandemic mitigation”.
The document also states that “supply chain shortages and transportation disruptions will impact the availability of various medical and non-medical supplies.”
There is also a mention that the DND may be involved quarantining Canadian cities.
Is this document from earlier in 2020 connected to the viral but unverified email from one week ago claiming to be from a concerned citizen inside the Prime Minister’s Office. This letter, which you can read here, has been read more than 50,000 times on Free North.

Can Free North provide clarification on the timing of this article release considering the source document is from March of 2020. The initial posting on this website showed the story as ‘breaking’. It was then modified with a clarification of the date of the original article from Post Millennial. Is Free North in possession of addition information or documentation that would support this story/leak (aside from the recently published ‘Canada’s Global Reset Plan Leaked?’ and if so when will it be released?

This is not breaking. But it could be linked to the unverified letter which supposedly came out of the PMO office. We’ll find out more as we can.
