Justin Trudeau and the Liberal Party continue doing a phenomenal job undermining Canada’s democracy.
In the latest example that rules and ethics do not apply for them, five years of documents related to Trudeau’s speaking fees were recently destroyed. The documents were legally ordered to be handed over to the House of Commons Ethics Committee as part of the WE scandal probe.
Conservative MP Michael Barrett, who is part of the Ethics Committee requesting the documents, noted several concerns suspicious activity regarding the now destroyed docs.
In his comments, Barrett discussed how the documents were set to be released to the committee earlier this year. However, a day before the release of the requested documents, Justin Trudeau prorogued Parliament and shut down committees.
Once Parliament resumed, the agency that represents Trudeau, Speaker’s Spotlight, informed the Ethics Committee that the records were prepared and ready for release. However, the committee later learned the records were destroyed.
What could they be hiding?
