Oregonians can now legally hallucinate to deal with the depression caused by Antifa thugs roaming streets and radical left-wing polices making life unbearable.
In perhaps the biggest victory of Tuesday’s election, Oregon residents voted to legalize psychedelic mushrooms while decriminalizing heroin, cocaine, methamphetamine, LSD and other street drugs.
Measure 109 on the Oregon ballot passed with 1,166,798 votes (55.88%) in favor of the latest progressive policy coming out of the left-wing state.
The new law allows anyone 21 or older to access psychedelic mushrooms in a therapeutic setting for “personal development” as long as they passed a screening process.
At the same time, Measure 110 was passed. Now, possessing a small amount of cocaine or other street drugs is a non-criminal violation, subject to a $100 fine or the option to be “screened for a substance abuse disorder”.
Penalties for possession of large quantities of drugs will now switch from felony charges to misdemeanors.
